Will there be food and drinks available?
There will be a wide selection of tasty choices from locally based concessions and a beer garden for those who wish to quaff a cool one. All participants to the beer garden will be required to show picture ID. You may bring your own snacks on site but alcohol will not be permitted.
Will we be permitted to bring a chair onto the field during the concert?
Short folding chairs are permitted on the field during the concert; however the long folding chairs are not permitted.
Am I permitted to bring a backpack on the field during the concert?
Backpacks WILL BE subject to search and bags or purses may be subject to a security check.
Are kids free?
Children 12 and under are free.
Will there be ATMs on site?
No, but we will offer a debit service at the gate.
Will there be first aid on site?
Absolutely.
Here are a few items you might want to bring for your personal comfort:
- Spending cash – there will be food vendors, a beer gardens, and merch tents
- Lawn chairs (high chairs will be asked to be closer to the back)
- Sunscreen
- Bug repellent
- Umbrella (to keep the sun off!)
- Hat
- Sun glasses
- Blanket
I bought tickets and now am unable to go. Will I be able to get a refund?
No. There is absolutely no refunds or exchanges. This is indicated on your ticket as well as on our website. No exceptions!
When and how do I receive my tickets after I order online?
You print off your tickets and bring them with you to the festival.
Is there day parking available?
Yes, parking is available at no charge.
What time does the Wild West Country Festival begin?
Gates open on site on Friday at 5 pm and on Saturday they open at 3pm.
How do I apply to perform?
WWCF accepts submissions beginning in October. All submissions should be addressed to ‘Selections Committee’ and emailed to info@www.wildwestcountryfestival.com.
If you lose or damage your wristband you will have to purchase another one at the front gate.

Where can I buy passes? I do not have a credit card to use online / phone.
You can buy tickets in person at the gate of either festival; they will accept Cash, debit and credit cards at these locations.
Are pets allowed on site?
Unfortunately, WWCF does not allow pets on site.
When is the Wild West Country Festival in 2019?

What are V.I.P tickets?
The V.I.P. ticket is awesome. The party never stops in the V.I.P. area. It has its own band playing there between set changes on the main stage. This year we have The Derina Harvey Band playing, so the music never stops. These ticket holders will enjoy their own washroom and bar service, so you don’t stand in a big line ups waiting. It also has tables and chairs, as well as, some comfortable couches to sit on, plus treats served periodically thru out the event. There are only a small number of V.I.P. tickets available. These are great tickets – the best time ever.
